Priorities

    • Cut taxes for working-and middle-class families and make wealthy individuals and big corporations pay their fair share so people can actually get ahead.

    • Take on corporate price-gouging that drives up the cost of groceries, gas, housing, and utilities, and put consumers first instead of protecting powerful interests.

    • Make childcare more affordable and invest in transportation and infrastructure so families can spend less just to survive and more to build a stable future.

    • Fight for Medicare for All so every American can see a doctor, afford prescriptions, and get the care they need—without worrying about premiums, deductibles, debt, or surprise medical bills.

    • Lower prescription drug prices by using Medicare to negotiate costs and cracking down on pharmaceutical companies that put profits ahead of patients’ lives.

    • Expand access to mental health and preventative care, recognizing that healthcare is a human right, not a privilege.

    • Invest in good-paying, union jobs through infrastructure, clean energy, and local economic development that create opportunities.

    • Cut red tape for small businesses, end Trump’s tariff tax, and ensure accountability for large corporations, ensuring mom-and-pop shops can compete on a level playing field.

    • Support workforce training and apprenticeship programs that prepare workers for the jobs of the future while strengthening our local economy.

    • Address homelessness with a housing-first approach that expands supportive housing and mental health services instead of relying on criminalization.

    • Increase the supply of affordable housing by cutting red tape, investing in community-based development, and stopping Wall Street investors from driving up rents.

    • Ensure working families, seniors, and veterans can afford to live in the communities they call home.

    • Fully fund public schools so every child—no matter their ZIP code—has access to safe classrooms, modern technology, and quality resources.

    • Oppose efforts to privatize education and divert public dollars away from local school districts.

    • Expand career and technical education, early childhood education, and after-school programs that help students thrive and build healthier lives.

    • Fight back against extreme MAGA policies, including culture wars, reckless budget cuts, and attacks on working families, and take action for LGBTQ+ people and immigrants who are being targeted through fear and division.

    • Stop the ICE raids that are tearing families apart, forcing communities to live in fear, and taking resources away from real public safety priorities.

    • Refuse corporate PAC money and push to get big money out of politics so elected leaders put people first—not wealthy donors and corporate special interests.

    • Protect the fundamental right to a safe and legal abortion and oppose any federal efforts to roll back reproductive freedom.

    • Ensure healthcare decisions remain between patients and their doctors—not politicians.

    • Expand access to reproductive healthcare, including contraception, IVF treatment, and maternal care, especially for low-income and rural communities.

    • Take bold action to confront the climate crisis by restoring clean energy tax credits and investing in good-paying green jobs that protect both our environment and our economy.

    • Hold polluters accountable and ensure frontline communities are not left behind in the transition to a clean energy future.

    • Protect clean air and water for future generations.

    • Strengthen public safety by investing in law enforcement while also expanding access to mental health services that prevent crises before they escalate.

    • Invest in a police-clinician response model to help de-escalate non-violent and non-emergency situations and connect people to care instead of jail.

    • Reduce gun violence through commonsense gun safety reforms to protect families, children, and communities.

    • Protect and strengthen Social Security so seniors can retire with dignity after a lifetime of hard work.

    • Strengthen Medicare while reducing prescription drug costs that disproportionately burden seniors on fixed incomes.

    • Crack down on fraud and corporate schemes that exploit retirees and put their savings at risk.
